Prakriya

Prakriya is a training literature developed by SIEMAT, Uttarakhand on Financial Management. Since the year 2014, the Departmental Disbursing Officers of the State and their related staff are being trained on the subjects added in this training module by SIEMAT, Uttarakhand. The functions and responsibilities of disbursing officers, pay fixation, GPF, pension, new pension scheme, payment of travel allowance dues, audit, leave rules, IFMS etc. are some of the topics covered in this training literature.
